South African DJ and business mogul DJ Zinhle has once again found herself at the center of online drama after reports surfaced that her husband, Murdah Bongz (Bongani Mohosana), allegedly cheated with a 22-year-old woman known as Kayling.
The rumor started when blogger Musa Khawula claimed that Murdah was romantically involved with the young woman, who works at a Johannesburg nightclub. Alleged screenshots of their private chats quickly went viral, sparking a storm of speculation across social media.
Rather than feed the gossip, DJ Zinhle chose calm over chaos, telling fans in a short video:
“I’ve decided I’m not going to respond to this. I’m letting it go.”
Murdah later posted a playful response online — an AI-generated clip of Khawula singing Zinhle’s song Sorry — which many interpreted as his way of denying the claims.
Despite public criticism, Zinhle defended her husband, saying the most painful part was hearing someone call him “inja” (dog).
Importantly, there’s no connection to any murder case — the confusion arises from Murdah Bongz’s stage name.
While the truth behind the alleged affair remains unconfirmed, Zinhle continues to focus on her businesses and career. The incident highlights how quickly social-media gossip can shape narratives about celebrity relationships.
